- Online Accounting Software & Payroll Setup: Flat fee of $250
- Setup for Accounts Receivable: Flat fee of $10 per resident/unit
- Monthly Reconciliation Reports: Flat fee of $100, monthly
- Property & Financial Management: $50 per unit, monthly OR $25 per unit, monthly if Resident Manager is onsite (plus Compliance Cost, if applicable)
